It was another good week in class. One thing I learned is websites like twitter and Facebook can be used as a media device and a way to keep up with current events. Of course Its not always going to help you. I would say these cites are like Wikipedia. You have many people that try to spread rumors and wright things that aren't true. But then you have ways to get the right info by following the right people so you know what you read is legit. The best thing of the week was exploring the Media Commons. We took a nice little field trip to the media part of the library and it was so cool. I forget his name but we had a guy come and explain to us how to use it. There are two great rooms where you can film videos and the process is so easy. Stopping and playing is so easy and seems like a great fun way to do group projects. The only problem might be getting a time to  use it. You have to schedule a time to use the room and sometimes there is a great demand. I don't really have any questions this week, I think I'm starting to understand the library well. I definitely plan on using the video rooms in the future and I can honestly say this was the most informative week for me. I learned a lot and hope to make things easy for me in the future.

  1. Chazz, I agree with your summary. One thing you said that I want to stress is reserving a group study room or a Media room ahead of time. These rooms fill up very quickly so reserve a room as soon as possible!
