I've learned a lot this past week in class. First off, I became better aware of the libraries website in a huge way. This website has so many different places you can go to it just takes practice to learn where all the links go. I know I will just keep getting better with this as class goes on and were on the website. I learned a little bit on why Wikipedia can be a bad source. I always had people tell me not to use, but now I see that the websites at the bottom of the page aren't always legit. Wikipedia has never failed me but I can see how bad information can be posted to this website. I learned a lot about how you can tell a page is good for what your doing. It seems so obvious, but I never thought of searching the author's name. All you have to do is search the authors name and see if they have any relations to your subject of research. I now know all the different positions you can find the authors name or the date. All of this information will help me because sometimes its hard to find the author or the date. Now when I'm doing a bibliography or works sited page, I can easily get everything I need. Having a better understanding of finding legit sources will also help a great deal, it will make searching a lot easier and give me a lot more information to work with.

A question I would like to ask is based on the same one from last week. How do you find books in the library and how do you use the website? These are two things that I am still experiencing confusion with and would like to learn more about because I know how helpful they can be once mastered. Sidenote- I get why Wikipedia can be bad but I don't get why you shouldn't use. In high school I would get most of my information from here and it never failed on me.
